Baked Cheese Grits, from Kraft

| 1 qt. (4 cups) water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup quick-cooking grits 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided 1/4 lb. (4 oz.)Velveeta Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes |
2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper 2 eggs |

Heat oven to 350. Bring water and salt to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Gradually add grits, stirring constantly until blended. Cook on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. "It's wonderfully delicious!" - Bill "Webmaster" Smith |
